Terms
Simple, fair terms.
What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.

About us
Anaflor Acupuncture is an acupuncture practice based in Dublin, Ireland, operated by Anaflor (“Anna”), a Licentiate in Acupuncture and Registered General Nurse. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our care — and its limits
Acupuncture is a complementary therapy. It supports your health and wellbeing but is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. Always consult your GP or emergency services for urgent or serious medical concerns, and keep your medical team informed about complementary treatments you receive. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
Appointments
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the session fee.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next client is not delayed.
- We may need to reschedule occasionally; if so, we will tell you as early as possible and no fee will apply.
Payment
Sessions are payable after your visit, in person, by cash or card. Prices are listed on our services page; we will always confirm the price before treatment. Official receipts are provided on request for health-insurance claims — reimbursement depends on your policy and is between you and your insurer.
What we ask of you
- Share accurate health information, including medications, pregnancy, and existing conditions — it is essential to treating you safely.
- Tell us during treatment if anything feels uncomfortable; we will adjust immediately.
- Treat our space and staff with respect.
We may decline or discontinue treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate, and will explain why and suggest alternatives where we can.
Liability
We carry professional insurance and practise to professional standards. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided to us or from failure to follow aftercare guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
This website
Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Anaflor Acupuncture and may not be reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but may change services, prices, and content at any time. Bookings made through third-party scheduling providers are also subject to those providers’ terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
