Anaflor

Your first visit

Unhurried, unsurprising, and warm.

If you've never tried acupuncture before, here's exactly what happens from the moment you walk in.

Before

A few days ahead

After you book, you’ll receive a short intake form by email. Complete it whenever you have 10 quiet minutes — it helps us make the most of our time together. On the day of your visit:

  • Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in
  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing
  • Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before
  • Skip heavy caffeine and alcohol that day
  • Bring a list of current medications, if any
Treatment room

Arrival

Intake & conversation (15 min)

We begin sitting down, unhurried. Anaflor will ask about your health history, current concerns, sleep, digestion, stress, and the small things that tend to slip out in conversation. Everything you share stays confidential and informs the treatment that follows.

Treatment

Acupuncture session (30–45 min)

You’ll lie comfortably on a treatment table. Needle placement takes a few minutes and is usually painless — most people describe a brief dull warmth, then nothing. You’ll rest with the needles in for 20–30 minutes. Many clients fall asleep. Music and lighting are low and optional.

If facial rejuvenation is part of your session, the facial work happens after your body points are placed — finishing with a gentle facial massage or gua sha.

After

Aftercare & a gentle plan

Take your time getting up. We’ll share simple aftercare notes — usually variations of drink water, rest well, eat something nourishing. If a few follow-up sessions would clearly help, we’ll suggest a tentative arc. Never a locked package, never pressure.

You may feel pleasantly tired that evening and wake up the next morning feeling lighter. Some people sleep better that first night. Others notice shifts over days or weeks.
